Just 25 minutes away, you'll be transferred to Newlands Cricket Ground for the next five days to experience cricket at its most picturesque. From your premium Grandstand seating, you'll have exceptional open-air views of the action for England's Cape Town Test against South Africa, with Table Mountain rising behind the ground – one of cricket's most iconic views!

Itinerary

Day 1 | 2 January | Cape town

Touch down in Cape Town, where you’ll be met on arrival and fast-tracked through immigration, baggage collection and customs. Transfer to the InterContinental Table Bay Cape Town on the V&A Waterfront where you'll spend the next six nights on a bed and breakfast basis. In the evening, transfer to One&Only Cape Town and join your celebrity host Mike Gatting for welcome drinks, cricket chat and a look forward to tomorrow's Test.

Day 2 - 6 | 3 - 6 January | South Africa vs England

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before transferring to Newlands Cricket Ground for five days of South Africa vs England action in Cape Town. Take your seat in premium Grandstand seating, offering excellent views of the match and the iconic Table Mountain beyond. If you'd prefer to watch all the action with Ex-England Captain Mike Gatting, upgrade to our hospitality package. After play concludes on day two, return to your hotel before transferring to One&Only Cape Town to join our signature State of Play event, hosted by Mike Gatting and joined by special cricketing guests for an informal review of the action so far. On the final evening, after the cricket has drawn to a close, come together with fellow guests in One&Only Cape Town for a memorable Farewell Dinner as you bid South Africa goodbye in style.

Day 7 | 8 January | Fly Home

Today, you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight home. If you'd prefer to extend your time in South Africa to spot the Big Five on a luxury safari, follow the Garden Route and explore more of the Cape Winelands, or follow the ODI series in Paarl and Bloemfontein, our Travel Specialists will tailor any extension to suit exactly how you’d like to round off your time in the Rainbow Nation.
