Overview
We are pleased to announce that we are returning to the Emerald Isle in 2024 to host our hugely popular annual tour to the Coolmore Stud & The Irish Guineas.
The Irish 1,000 Guineas is an historic flat horse race that is open to three-year-old thoroughbred fillies, with a course distance of 1 mile. It's a great horse racing holiday close to home.
The Irish 2,000 Guineas is the same distance but open to both colts and fillies and its winners often go on to compete in the later race, the St. James’s Palace Stakes which takes place in the following month.
We include a visit to the traditional Coolmore Stud before going on to experience two days of superb racing at The Curragh.

Horse & Jockey, Co Tipperary
The Horse & Jockey Hotel is a comfortable hotel with tasteful décor and is located near to the historical Irish landmark, 'The Rock of Cashel'. The hotel features a traditional bar, restaurant, Café Bar, leisure centre, swimming pool and spa.
