Overview

We are pleased to be returning to Dublin for the Longines Irish Champions Weekend.

Our tour will feature two days of excellent horse racing that will combine the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown and Irish St Leger Stakes at The Curragh. The weekend is action-packed and features two magnificent days of group racing. In addition to the racing we have included a tour of the Irish National Stud! Also included in our trip is lunch at the racecourse on Sunday.

The Marker Hotel

Located in the heart of Dublin's Grand Canal Square, The Marker Hotel offers all facilities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. From cocktail bar & brasserie, to a spa and state-of-the-art gym. The hotel also offers an infinity pool, sauna and steam room to be used at leisure. Dublin city centre can be reached in a 20-minute walk and features a wide variety of shops, nightlife and theatres. Many pubs offering traditional Irish music and dance can also be found.

Itinerary

Day 1 - 08 Sep

Depart on your British Airways flight to Dublin. Upon arrival you will be transferred to The Marker Hotel for a stay of 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. The rest of your day is at leisure.

Day 2 - 09 Sep

This morning, you will be transferred to Leopardstown Racecourse where the feature race is the Group 1, Irish Champion Stakes.

Day 3 - 10 Sep

After breakfast, you will depart your hotel for your stud tour. Following the tour, you will head to The Curragh, where the feature race is the Group 1, St Leger Stakes. Enjoy lunch at the racecourse.

Day 4 - 11 Sep

Following a morning at leisure, you will be met at your hotel and transferred to Dublin airport for your flight back to the UK with British Airways in economy.

The Curragh Hospitality - Included

Enjoy lunch The Oaks Restaurant, overlooking the parade ring. Guests also have reserved grandstand seating located opposite the finish line for premium race viewing.
