Begin your F1 holiday in style and step aboard the Azamara Journey in Nice for an eight-night odyssey across the Italian and French Rivieras, finishing in Barcelona. Once race day arrives, disembark at Villefranche and make your way to Monte Carlo to take your place in Grandstand K for Sunday’s Monaco Grand Prix.  Your Grandstand K ticket grants superb views over the harbour’s sparkling waters and the winding street circuit below where you’ll witness the most prestigious Formula One spectacle in the world. Optional hospitality upgrades remain available, from the Shangri-La rooftop terrace above the harbour to trackside superyacht berths.

For the ultimate weekend, optional hospitality upgrades include the exclusive Shangri-La rooftop terrace perched above the harbour, Fairmont hospitality above the famous hairpin or trackside viewing in a prime berth superyacht. After Champagne is sprayed and the podium has cleared, return to Azamara Journey for an evening at sea.

Next, the Journey carries you to Palma de Mallorca for a day ashore. In the Balearic sun, you can visit one of the island’s last traditional olive-oil mills to savour local olive oils and regional delicacies. Finally, cruise on to Barcelona. Disembark for a guided stroll through the Barri Gòtic, pausing for an outside view of the Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia and to marvel at Gaudí’s architectural genius, before being transferred to the airport for your homeward flight.

Day 1 | 2 June | Nice

Depart the UK on your flight to Nice. Upon arrival in Nice, make your way to the Port of Villefranche where you will board Azamara Journey to embark on an 8-night cruise of the beautiful French and Italian Rivieras. You’ll be accommodated in a Category 6 Stateroom with an unobstructed view of the ocean on an all-inclusive basis. Set sail from Nice this evening.

Day 2 | 3 June | Santa Margherita

Arrive in Santa Margherita, Italy. Discover the rugged beauty and seaside villages of Cinque Terre National Park, take a day trip to Genoa and wander amongst grand palaces and stunning cathedrals on its history-steeped streets, or motor to Portofino by boat for a guided tour of its town and storied castle. This evening, you'll depart Santa Margherita.

Day 3 | 4 June | Portovenere

Arrive in Portovenere this morning. Travel to the Field of Miracles to marvel at the beauty of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cruise past seaside cliffs and rustic villages to a wine tasting experience or hike the winding cliffs of Palmaria island with an expert naturalist. This evening you’ll depart Portovenere.

Day 4 | 5 June | Florence

Arrive in Livorno, Florence. Today you might choose to tour the highlights of Florence with a private vehicle, chauffeur and English-speaking guide, explore Volterra and San Gimignano in the Tuscan countryside, or go truffle hunting in Tuscany with sumptuous organic Italian cuisine. You’ll remain docked in Livorno this evening.

Day 5 | 6 June | Florence

Wake up in Livorno, Florence for a further day of Italian exploration. Perhaps you'll choose to take a boat ride through Livorno's New Venice district and stop for Tuscan desserts, visit the medieval town of Lucca vineyard wine tasting, and round off your day with an Italian opera experience onboard your Azamara cruise. This evening, depart Livorno, Florence.

Day 6 | 7 June | Monaco Grand Prix

Make your way to Monaco from Villefranche Port to enjoy today's Grand Prix on the iconic Circuit de Monaco. For a 007-esque entrance, we can arrange private helicopter transfers for you to and from Monte Carlo. Take your pew in Grandstand K for exceptional views and hospitality across the harbour stretch as the world's best driver rip past at full throttle. this evening, return to the Azama Journey for your onward cruise to Palma, Mallorca.

Day 7 | 8 June | At Sea

As you cruise on to Las Palma, spend the day at sea enjoying the wonderful facilities aboard Azamara Journey. Go for a dip in the pool, sun yourself on the sun deck, treat yourself to some R&R at the Sanctum Spa, dine at a choice of seven restaurants, cafés and lounges, or sip your favourite tipple at the Sunset Bar.

Day 8 | 9 June | Palma, Mallorca

Wake up on the sunny shores of Palma, Mallorca this morning. Today you might visit the oldest mill in Mallorca, one of the last traditional olive oil mills on the island to savour local products. Or, after all the thrills of the Grand Prix, it might be the perfect place for a day on the beach with a shorefront massage. This evening, return to Azamara Journey and cruise to Barcelona.

Day 9 | 10 June | Barcelona

Disembark Azamara journey today, sip a strong coffee in a local café and take a stroll through the gothic streets of Barcelona before your private transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK. This 3-day ticket is included in your package price. Grandstand K offers the best grandstand views - enjoy a view of the inner port section, between the Tabac corner and the first Piscine chicane, with sights of the cars exiting the tunnel and heading towards the first chicane.

Upgrade to Harbour Club at the Fairmont Spa which offers fantastic views of the famous Fairmont hairpin. The split level rooftop terrace at the Shangri-La building has arguably one of the best views in Monte Carlo, with guests being able to see over 65% of the circuit. This private balcony on the 11th floor is located directly above the starting grid, allowing you to fully embrace the pre-race atmosphere and watch the all-important start of the race. Along with the start/finish straight, there are also great views of Rascasse corner, Tabac & the swimming pool section, as well as a stunning view of the harbour itself.
