The US Grant

The US Grant, A Luxury Collection Hotel, is in the heart of the historic Gaslamp Quarter just moments from shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Opened in 1910, this grand hotel has plenty of glamorous old-world charm. Rooms and Suites boast nine-foot ceilings, modern art and luxurious furnishings. There is a compact fitness centre open 24-hours and a serene spa where you can enjoy signature massages and body treatments in a relaxing oasis in the heart of downtown. The US Grant is home to a fine art gallery and the Art Deco-styled Grant Grill serving delectable California cuisine.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Emerging from the centre of 'The Strip', this 50-storey luxury hotel brings an entirely new dimension to the Las Vegas experience Contemporary and sleek in design, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas oozes sophistication and style on a grand scale. Itinerary

Day 1 | 29 October

Depart the UK on your scheduled flight to San Diego in economy. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to The US Grant, A Luxury Collection Hotel near the historic Gaslamp Quarter.

Day 2 | 30 October

Spend the day at leisure. Venture into the Gaslamp Quarter to explore the surrounding shops, restaurants and venues before meeting your fellow travellers at this evening's drinks reception.

Day 3 | 31 October

Get to know the iconic Golden State with another day of leisure. Whether you choose to visit San Diego Zoo at Balboa Park or surf the Californian waves at the beach, you won’t be short of things to do. Just ask the Spectate team to make any personal reservations.

Day 4 | 01 November

Today is the first race of the Breeders’ Cup. You’ll be transferred from your hotel to Del Mar Racetrack for all-out racing action at one of the world’s most prestigious horse racing event. This is one of the USA’s most exciting sporting events, and you can enjoy it all from excellent seats.

Day 5 | 02 November

Enjoy another day of racing at the Breeders’ Cup.

Day 6 | 03 November

After breakfast, transfer to San Diego Airport for your onward flight to Las Vegas. Upon arrival in Vegas, you will be taken to the Cosmopolitan hotel, for the next 3 nights.

Day 7 - 8 | 04 - 05 November

Enjoy days at leisure in Las Vegas. Treat yourself to a helicopter over the Grand Canyon or spend time exploring the world famous hotels & casinos.

Day 9 | 06 November

Spend your last morning at leisure in Las Vegas before being transferred to Harry Reid International Airport for your flight back home.

Day 10 | 07 November

Arrive back in the UK
